Amazing crystal beach villa, the top level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy the view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views just on front side! You have a pool access and it’s only steps to the sand! With a king bed in the master and a bunk room with Full / Full beds, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests. Restaurants and beaches are all just steps away!

One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps away!! This is a newly remodeled upstairs unit of a waterfront townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed master suite and one bunk room with full over full bunks. Both bathrooms are brand new with a walk in shower in one and a tub and shower in the hall bath. The community pool is heated from Feb to April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The private back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This townhouse has a fullly stocked kitchen, provides beach chairs, towels, toys and an umbrella. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!

The balcony had great sunset views and the neighborhood was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had most everything we needed!
There was a slight mix-up with the cleaners, so when we checked in, the place had not been fully cleaned, but Awnna was very responsive and had them out almost immediately to finish up and got the place ready for our stay. We also had some plumbing issues with flushing both toilets at check-in, but they fixed one of them when they came back to clean, and the other one probably required a plumber which Awnna did her best to contact, but with it being a weekend, we understood that it would be difficult. There were no previous reviews regarding this issue, so it seemed like a fluke! Overall, things happen, and Awnna was great to fix what she could! 
Would definitely stay here again :-)" (8/5)
