This villa in Crystal beach is the ground level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy your view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views out front. Amazing pool and only a few steps across the street to beach access. With a king bed in the master, a full and twin bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this villa sleeps a total of 6 guests.

This is the lower unit of a waterfront townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a private back deck overlooking the lake. In the master bedroom there is a king bed with attached bathroom and walkin shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed, bathroom with walk in shoer in the hall and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to make the unit accommodate up to 6 guests. The community pool is heated from Mid-Feb to Mid-April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The white sand beaches are only steps away dircetly across the street. The back deck is private and on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. We provide beach chairs, toys and towels for you stay.

Guests will have 2 parking passes per stay and no additional cars will be allowed to park in the private lot.

We have a local property handyman if there are any issues that can be there within 30 minutes.
