Sea Esta #3 - is a newly remodeled 3-story townhome that has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths & sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Sea Esta is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 2 master bedrooms and a living room area overlooking the emerald blue waters! Our unit is well suited for family and friends wanting to enjoy the easy beach life. Reach out to book the adjacent townhome for extra large groups. Across the 1st floor back porch, there are shared steps to 90 feet of private white sandy beaches. During Spring/Summer, we have the amazing beach crew set up 2 chairs & 1 umbrella each morning for you to use. We have additional chairs and beach toys located under the building for our guest's use, please borrow what you want. This beachfront property is located within walking distance of restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and a 5-10 min drive to Destin Commons or Grand Blvd for major shopping. Additional nearby activities include Big Kaunas Water Park, Crab Island, Boat & Jetski Rentals, Deep Sea Fishing, Baytown Wharf, Dolphin Tours, Beach Helicopter tours, and more fun things to do around town!! 1st Floor: *Bedroom #1 with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Full over Twin *Bedroom #2 Waterfront with Queen bed has a balcony to access beach. *Bathroom #1 with walk-in shower shared by both bedrooms *Laundry room with washer and dryer 2nd Floor *Private balcony with dining table overlooking the ocean *Full Kitchen stocked with most items to cook meals *Dining area with seating for 10 *Living room overlooking the beach *55" HDTV with Roku *Pocket Doors that open onto a private balcony with a dining table *Half Bathroom with toilet and sink 3rd Floor *Master Suite with King bed and ocean views/ attached bathroom/shower *Master Suite with king bed / attached bathroom with tub and shower *Private balcony off of the oceanfront master suite. You will need a car or golf cart rental to get around. The bottom floor deck does have a shared area of steps to get to the private beach. It will only be used by other guests in the townhomes, not used by the public. The private beach entrance is through a private front gate with a code or can be accessed through the bottom floor of bedroom #2. I am not on site but we do have local property concierge if you need anything.
