First time staying in Miramar and we loved it! Awnna is a great host and responded very quickly to a few questions I had. You couldn’t ask for better beach access than this. The chair service in the morning is such a wonderful feature. I would highly recommend Awnna and this property.
We overall enjoyed our stay! The views are incredible and the availability of a private beach and a daily beach chair/umbrella set up was great! It’s walkable to a restaurant and a few other locations. The townhome is very well stocked. The cons: there’s wear and tear noted on an aesthetic level. The listing doesn’t note that the 2 downstairs bedrooms are connected. You can also only access the beach from the townhome through both of the downstairs bedrooms. Our biggest complaint was the AC. We are from south Louisiana and are used to heat and humidity. There is 1 AC unit for 3 floors with the thermostat only on the 2nd floor. Both downstairs bedrooms and upstairs beach facing never cooled off. It made for terrible sleep. There were oscillating fans in each room indicating that this has been a previous issue. They did not help. We followed instructions and kept drapes and doors closed at all times. We did not expect the AC issues for the price we paid.
Can’t beat the location. Right on the beach.
